Such a strange time we are living in

Life is not as we would normally know it at the moment due to COVID 19. I have been trying to focus but keep getting lost in other projects like moving around furniture, doing more craft based projects, recovering furniture for my neighbour, finishing a massive sewing job for the local junior football club (covering old sponsorship logos on 300+ jumpers) and making a new snuggly dressing gown to keep me warm as Melbourne is getting cooler.

So cleaning our my stash has inspired me to create all those things I've been collecting patterns, fabrics, doilies - my table runner came together just as I pictured it

This week my focus needs to move to patterns and projects. One thing I am grateful for is having a love for sewing and creating and being able to loose myself in the process, its a way of hiding from the world.
