Take your overlocking and creativity to the next level creating beautiful 3D flowering gums.  Learn how to turn a two thread wrap stitch into fringing which is the perfect trim for the flowering gumnuts.  Accomplish stitching curves with a rolled hem to create beautiful leaves on a variety of fabrics.  On the day students will take home a finished frame, the remaining gumnuts and leaves can be used in a wall hangings or jewellery.  Patterns and fabric kit provided as well as use of threads on the day.

*please note this project requires the ability to do two thread overlocking, if you are unable to do two thread on your machine one will available on the day to borrow for this stitch.
